Recognising student achievement, endeavour and success both inside and beyond the classroom is paramount to us at Le Chéile Secondary School, Ballincollig.  We do this in three ways:

Our positive behaviour awards take place at assemblies each half term. These awards recognise the student who unassumingly goes about their everyday business of school life. Students who may sometimes go unnoticed.

Our Le Chéile Hidden Hero award is presented twice annually to the student who goes above and beyond the call of duty. The student who is quietly kind, helpful and caring towards other students.

Our annual awards ceremony recognises our students in many ways – their contribution to the community, student leadership, to extracurricular activity participation and achievement, to their academic work.  A student of the year award in each year is presented as well as a school spirit award.
